  • We're located at 247 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL.

    There's plenty of free parking spaces available in the lot directly in front of the studio. If by rare occasion the lot is ever full, additional street parking and the Brickell City Centre garage are also nearby.

  • Mat — required for class. A mat + towel rental combo is available if you forget yours. Our mats may not be rented without using one of our towels.

    Water — not required, but we highly advise you to stay hydrated! Bottled water is also available for purchase in-studio.

    Comfortable Activewear — Please note: No shoes are allowed in the studio room. Grip socks are optional.

    Photo ID (FIRST TIME CLASSPASS ONLY) — All first-time class pass users are required to present a valid form of identification at check-in.

  • All first-time class pass users are required to present a valid form of identification at check-in. We only allow full first and last name bookings. Please use a valid name when creating your profile to avoid issues at check in. Duplicate accounts are subject to reservation cancellation. 

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

    Class packs can be shared with others.

  • Mats and towels can be rented together for a combined fee of $5.50 Mats cannot be rented without our towel. All other equipment needed is provided in-studio.

  • We do not accept cash. We accept credit card and Apple Pay only.

  • Our studio accommodates up to 22 clients per class.

    We intentionally keep capacity limited to ensure personal space, individualized attention, and an elevated experience for everyone in the room.

  • Lockers with keypad locks are available for your use. Set your own personal code and store your belongings securely before class.

  • Portal Pilates is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Unclaimed belongings will be held for 24 hours.

    If you call or text us, we’re happy to extend the hold for up to one week. After that time, any remaining items will be responsibly discarded.

  • Arrival later than 5 minutes after the class start time will result in denial of entry. No exceptions. 

  • All sales are final. There are no refunds on classes, memberships, events, or retail products.

  • We kindly ask that all cancellations be made 12+ hours before class to keep your credit and avoid fees.

    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $20 fee and, for drop ins or class packs, a deducted class. To ensure fairness to all clients, we do not make any exceptions to this.

  • If you sign up for the waitlist, please plan as if you are attending the class. Waitlists frequently move and continue to update automatically until one hour before class time. 

    If you are no longer able to attend, we ask that you please remove yourself from the waitlist.

  • Powered by infrared technology, the studio stays between 95-97°F to elevate your movement and amplify the glow. We recommend hydrating well before class, adding electrolytes, and come ready to sweat.

  • During class, content permissions are limited to protect the privacy and experience of others.

    You may film only if:

    • You’re in the back row

    • Phone only filming— no tripods, cameras, etc

    • No one else is in the frame

    We ask that you please keep the focus on movement and being present. This policy is subject to change if not respected or upheld.

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership— recurring fee of $195 on date of purchase

    • Our memberships DO auto-renew each month on same date of purchase 

    • Request cancellation 30 days notice. 

    EXAMPLE: purchased June 1 will automatically renew on July 1
